Read below to learn the details. We attempted to purchase several copies of the Tupac Assasination DVD back in May 2008. We received an email from Richard Bond (bond.rj@gmail.com) where he gave us the price for the number of DVDs that we wanted to purchase. The check was cashed and I never received the DVDs. In June Mr. Bond said that he didn't have the DVDs in stock and stated that he was going to return my funds. In several more emails he stated that as soon as he got back home he would send us back our money, but he never did. He basically lied and stole our money and has eventually stated that he was not going to reimburse us. We deal with DVD distributors and dealers weekly, and orders are honored upon receipt of paymemt. Some companies will send your order before and invoice the company after. Bond demanded a check first, but he seemed to be an honest person, but after not hearing from him for three weeks, I received the message below. From: "Richard Bond" Subject: Receipt of Payment Date: Sun 05/25/08 09:13 AM Alex, We received the payment from you and are processing the DVD order. Sorry about the delay- we were gone over the last 2 weeks shooting Part II. Thank you for doing business with us- when you get moment, let me know if you have a contact at A & E who might be interested in a Cop show we just shot the pilot for: Predator Net. Its about the Nations # 1 Internet Predator Task force; we review and re-create case files form the 32 convictions they had in the last year alone. I can cut you in for a referral fee if we can hook them up. Let me know; RJ -- Richard Bond After receiving the above email, I assumed that the shipment was going to go out immediately since I had already been waiting three weeks. But it did not. On June 8, 2008 I sent the following message: If you guys have not the item in stock, please refund our money ASAP. This current economy cannot wait around for slow people to respond. I purchase DVDs all the time from people and have waited for longer than usual. This delay is no minor issue to our bottom line. His response was: "Richard Bond" Subject: Re: Receipt of Payment Date: Sun 06/08/08 05:41 PM That's fimne, we had an issue with the Estate approving the logo for the cover. We will refund your money in the nect few days. Rgards, RJ Bond I think we can all agree what the next few days means, but several weeks had passed and Bond never returned our money and continued to send deceptive and misleading emails about our money.
