I also think he Italian Mafia as a whole is stronger than all the Albanian crime groups but the Albanians are very strong and in Europe they are the second after the Italians and they probably are 4th worldwide

the Mexican Mafia is not international it has some branchs in California and other States, but it is not at the same level of Italian Mafia (Ndrangheta, Cosa Nostra, Camorra)

Italian, Russian and Turkish Mafias are the strongest in Europe.
The Albanians and Romanians are at the same level od Dominicans or Blacks in Usa, low level

i know that caracas is very violent today, one of the most violent cities among the world, i know there is not local organized crime in venezuela, i don't know if part of the violence is because of suburban gangs or mostly is because of armed robberies
