Big influence in San Diego and Los Angeles, but more San Diego. I would say the Barrio Logan Heights has had the strongest connection to Mexica Cartels on the California side. But there is also Texas.

All the black Hood in the Low Bottoms will loose membership within the next 10 to 15 years. Are the Low Bottoms all of East Side SC, or just the north part (from around Slauson up to the 10)? The Low bottoms from Washington (north) to Slauson (south) on the Eastside, Central Avenue, Avalon, etc.
