Also remember they can recruit people that live outside their hood.

I know for a fact that the 40 avalons still hang out pretty deep on 40th place/41st off McKinely Ave, they got at it with the 4pacc and 30BSP. The 40BSP still out there but are being pushed out by the 48 gangsters if you ask me. 20 Outlaws still out there of course. I haven;t heard anything about the AFCs in a minute though.
The thing you need to realise is alot of young gang members in LA right now don't live in their hood, they just come their to hang out.
