All he did was say that all varrios down there are 13 & that they didn't have to hit up 13, unless the varrio was 1 that always put 13 in their name. Do not know if I ever heard of 3rd st, but I wouldn't say those others NEVER used 13. If by rarely, then sure. I know all about menace. He stopped posting here n got shown pix of 18 using 13. The hypocrite ended up admitting that 18 sometimes used 13, so I wouldn't take a lot his word seriously

I saw WCW writing somewhere I was pondering, if was north or south. It was in I think Paso Robles. At least somewhere in SLO county, which I know is X3 once you reach I think the town of SLO or somewhere around there. Was kinda surprised to not see a 13 tossed up, but it didn't really matter.

Only reason I figured it was sureño writing, was because there was Watts and a v in front of the wcw. That made me figure it was probably "varrio Watts something". In places far from LA, you might even catch 18 hitting up sur 13.

if you belong to any established Chicano Varrio from Bakersfield all the way on down to San Diego

including all of I.E., Ventura county, and of course Los Angeles county.... you are absolutely a SURENO. point black period

(as there is positively no Norteno varrios anywhere south of Bakersfield) none, zilch, nada... like seven up, never had it, never will


so hitting up 13 after you're varrio is your perogative and personal preference... es toda.
