I always wonder why every Mexican gang repping the 13 instead of the 14?

Besides nuestra familia influencing bulldog's and norento's with 14,But what other Hispanic gangs rep the number "14"

This is just like how piru's,brim's and blood's are outnumbered 3 to 1,Being surrounded by hella crip's but still holding it down,taking name's and taking over there territorie's with extreme pressure
