Florencia 13 has numerous alliances with different blood set's, from the brims, to the swans, queen streets, etc, so when their beef with ECC first started, they took that beef to the heart, and started sporting red to show the bloods some love, and they stuck with it. Now that their beef with ECC is over, it's whatever, but they still rock the red heavy.

I ended up clicking on the link and reading the comment section, which had comments similar to yours. Someone also said that the 64 click likes to wear SF (I.E. 49ers) for Six Four, but obviously also for the C's to take notice.
