Wrigley Hood Crip in Long Beach (early 1980s)

Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

named after the owner of Wrigley Gum, William Mills Wrigley Jr. (September 30, 1861 – January 26, 1932). In 1891, Wrigley moved from Philadelphia to Chicago to go into business for himself and he learned that his clients enjoyed gum, and he began to concentrate on the manufacture and sale of chewing gum.
