Black Dragons
The Black Dragons were a chinese street gang located in the Lincoln Heights China town area of Los Angeles, California, they were formed in the 80's, and committed organized street level crime in the area, extorting brothels, prostitution, money laundering, the distribution of narcotics, and counterfeiting merchandise. There biggest rival were the Wah Ching. Apparently the feds came down hard on them in 2002, which diminished most of its membership. According to the FBI taskforce, this gang is defunct in the area.

I don't know if they're still around but last I heard, they made peace with wah ching.

Interesting side note about Black Dragon.
Black Dragon came up in the 1980s but they were from way before that.
Black Dragon came from Viet Ching.
Old school Wah Ching rival going back to like the 1960s or 1970s.
Viet Ching in Los Angeles area became Black Dragon and Cool Boys. That why Cool Boys was VC CBS. Viet Ching Cool Boys.
