Many neighborhoods can not maintain themselves with the level of competition. They may get pulled into other neighborhoods or they just fade out. Only discuss those areas from LOS ANGELES that are gone.

MLC13, or Moonlight Cats 13, they had two click in South Central L.A, the 69st locotes and the 67st peewee locos, now from what i've been told, they started beefing with East Coast Crip back in the 90's, and it didn't end well in there favor, ECC pretty much evicted these guys out of their hood.
