Jose Emiliano "Grinch" Burciaga Jr, 26, - A Barrio Van Nuys gang member was shot & killed on Thursday, November 5, 2015 in Sylmar, Los Angeles, California at 12391 Montero Ave. Luis "Wise" Angel Valdez, a Wicked Pot Smokers gang member drove by a taco truck when he spotted Burciaga at 11:00pm, Valdez walked up to the culdesac at the end of the street and approached Burciaga and opened fire. Burciaga was pronounced dead at the scene. Valdez was later arrested and sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.
