LA County Coroner's office falsely labels dead transients as "black"

Unread post by alexalonso » June 22nd, 2021, 5:50 pm

I was doing some research for a Geography project I am working on regarding all the people who have been murdered in Los Angeles County in 2020 during the pandemic mostly. I cam across a female victim named Amber Olivia Bruce, 44 who is listed on the LA Times homicide blog and she is identified as black. The LA Times just puts what ever the coroner has in their data.

I was trying to find out how this was was killed and where it happened and with our homeless or what the county calls "transient
' population, because these victims don't have much family, there is not much on their deaths.

I decided to see if she was ever arrested and guess what. I found out she had two arrests, so their should be a couple mug shot on her but the LAPD identified her as "white" and having "blue" eyes. CHeck the image below.

If this is true, that means that the Los Angeles Coroner's office could possible be inflating black homeless numbers.

The person in charge of this data is Deputy examiner Dr. Paul Gliniecki, MD who is a forensic pathology specialist and completed his residency at Huron Hospital Cleveland Clinic. He currently practices at Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner-coroner. Why is he identifying homeless dead people as Black?
